What Is "Musings"?

Wilkommen, bienvenue, welcome.

If you've come here expecting a clean, well-defined theme, you may be in the wrong place. But if, like me, your brain is full of random thoughts and ideas for a wide variety of different subjects, from casual existential crises to chill baking recipes, this is the blog for you.

There is no single agenda here. "Musings" is exactly what it says on the tin: a collection of thoughts, ideas, and whatever else I feel like writing about at any given moment. Some posts may be well researched and thought out, others..... not so much. But I like to think that's part of the charm.

There are paid tiers (cue collective groan), but that's less about "entrepreneurship" and more about the fact that servers and email clients aren't free, as much as we'd like them to be, and my hope is that this website will, at the very least, be able to pay for itself.

Those who do choose to support this website on the Insiders tier, and thank you so much if you do, will get the occasional exclusive post, early access to all posts, and the ability to leave comments. That last perk is mainly just to deter the general toxicity you find on the internet, but if you're as much of a Monty Python fan as I am, you'll understand: sometimes it's worth paying to have a good argument.

This blog isn't about "building a brand", it's just a place for me to put my thoughts out into the world, and see what happens. So pull up a chair, stick around, and let's see what happens together.
